Service Refunds and Remedies
If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We offer the following remedies:
- Re-cleaning Service: We will return to your premises at no additional cost to address any areas that did not meet our high standards or your specific requirements.
- Partial Refund: In cases where a re-cleaning cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the affected areas or services.
- Full Refund: In rare circumstances where we have failed to deliver our service as promised and re-cleaning is not possible or practical, a full refund may be issued at the discretion of management.
Product Purchases
For any cleaning products or supplies purchased directly from Ryxppdhap:
- Unopened Products: Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Defective Products: Products found to be defective upon opening may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.
- Opened Products: Once a product has been opened and used, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the product did not perform as described, we may offer a replacement or partial refund.

Contract Services
For clients with ongoing service contracts:
- Service Modifications: Adjustments to service frequency or scope can be made with 7 days' notice.
- Contract Cancellation: Contracts may be terminated with 30 days' written notice. Any prepaid services beyond the termination date will be refunded in full.
- Early Termination Fee: Contracts terminated before the minimum term (if applicable) may incur an early termination fee as outlined in your service agreement.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a service issue:

- Provide your name, service date, and specific details about your concerns.
- A service manager will review your request and contact you within 1 business day.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exclusions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Service complaints reported more than 48 hours after service completion.
- Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client about the premises or cleaning requirements.
- Damage or issues caused by third parties after our cleaning service was completed.
- Cancelled appointments without the minimum 24-hour notice (cancellation fee may apply).
